NNPC is an indigenous corporation company that controls the operations of the petroleum industry. However, the NNPC jobs salaries cannot be compared to what is paid in other multinational oil and gas Companies such as Spie oil and gas, ExxonMobil, Chevron or Shell. You know by now that NNPC workers are one of the best-paid staff in the public sector.
The salaries of NNPC staff is different for various department. Apart from the board and Managing Directors, Petroleum Engineers, and geoscientists get the highest salary in NNPC. However workers salary may vary at first, it grows as the keep promoting you.
NNPC provide opportunities for interns to move into the company and learn. the end of the month.
The salary here is dependent on the level of experience and job description. On the average, experienced staffs in NNPC earn between N500, 000 – N1 million depending on the level of experience and the rank. Managers in some certain fields in the organization earn far more than this. In fact, some top managers earn above 2 million naira per month.
